If you're feeling lucky, you could win a prize that’s in the Top 5 biggest lottery jackpots — ever. But it all starts with a $2 Powerball ticket that could make you a multimillionaire.

A Mega Millions jackpot winner made the weekend interesting. Now what about Powerball?

The Monday, Oct. 9, Powerball drawing was for an estimated $1.55 billion. Monday numbers were 16-34-46-55-67 and the Powerball was 14. Power Play was 3x, and another rollover. This one shoots the new jackpot to the second-highest in Powerball history, now $1.73 billion, with a cash option of $756.6 million.

Florida did have one big winner as one ticket matched 5 plus the Power Play for a $2 million prize. That ticket was sold at Publix, 9359 Sheridan St., Hollywood.

There also were four tickets that matched 5 for $1 million prizes. Those tickets were purchased in California, Indiana, Oregon and Virginia.

After no one matched all five numbers plus the Powerball in the $1.4 billion Saturday, Oct. 7, drawing, the grand prize shot up to $1.55 billion. Saturday numbers were 47-54-57-60-65 and the Powerball was 19. Power Play was 3x.

Matching 5 on tickets that can claim $1 million were those sold in California, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts (2), Michigan, Ohio, Texas (2) and Wisconsin.
